This example supported training of regulatory submissions staff for drug applications to the FDA and other regulatory authorities. The subject of the wiki was the business process and supporting systems (click here for the case study).
The wiki embeds the business process, step-by-step training instructions, tutorial simulations and a practice environment.
In addition, it provides:
- a searchable problem-solution catalog (moderated)
- blog space for tips and tricks (moderated)
- trainer resources for a super-user delivery model (secure)
Initial Results: Substantial cost savings and reduced cycle time for development and maintenance.
