The program provides development in self-awareness, team leadership and business acumen. There are five components:
The Institute provides simulated practice through actual scenarios pulled from interviews of exemplary leaders. Labs are thus situated within the organization's culture. We mapped these exemplary practices to virtuous cycles. As in real life, leadership labs present fraught situations where leadership decisions have significant consequences.
Participants use the leadership cards (see one example at right) to resolve ambiguity and promote virtuous cycles. Each lab includes significant debrief time for participants to become aware of their mental models.
Results
The Institute is currently in pilot phase. Survey results have been very high.
